All prices displayed on Neoport are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated.

• Product prices do not include delivery charges unless clearly mentioned.

• The price confirmed at the time you place your order will apply to that order, subject to correction of obvious pricing errors.

• Neoport may cancel an order where there is an incorrect price, payment issue, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.

Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Placing an order on Neoport is an offer to purchase the selected product(s). An order is confirmed only after Neoport accepts it through an order confirmation, phone confirmation, or dispatch process.

Neoport may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including:

• Delivery limitations or operational issues

If a prepaid order is cancelled by Neoport, any eligible refund will be processed according to the applicable payment method and policy.

Delivery

Neoport will make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the estimated delivery period. Delivery times may vary due to location, weather, courier operations, public holidays, product availability, or circumstances beyond our control.

Neoport is not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. Customers must provide accurate delivery details and remain available to receive their order.

Return, Exchange and Refund Policy

If you receive a product that is damaged during delivery, defective, or different from the product you ordered, please contact Neoport Customer Support as soon as possible with clear photos or videos of the issue.

The following conditions apply:

• Inside Dhaka, customers should check the product in front of the delivery person whenever possible.

• For damaged, defective, or incorrect products inside Dhaka, notify our Customer Support team immediately and provide supporting photos or videos.

• For deliveries outside Dhaka, damaged, defective, or incorrect products must be reported immediately after receiving the parcel and returned within 3 days of delivery.

• The product should remain unused, intact, and in its original condition, packaging, tags, and accessories, except where the product was received damaged.

• Used, opened, swatched, altered, or damaged-after-delivery products are not eligible for exchange or refund.

• Returns or exchanges due to a customer changing their mind, selecting the wrong item, or placing an order by mistake may not be accepted.

• In exceptional approved returns that are not caused by Neoport’s error, the customer may need to pay delivery or return-shipping costs.

• The original invoice or proof of purchase must be returned with the product.

Verification

After Neoport receives a returned product, our team will inspect and verify the reported issue. Verification may take 1–2 business days.

If the claim is valid, Neoport will arrange an exchange, replacement, store credit, or refund, as appropriate. If the claim is found invalid, Neoport will not be obligated to exchange the product or issue a refund.

Privacy and Personal Data

The information you provide is necessary to process and deliver orders, provide customer support, and improve our services. If required information is not provided or is inaccurate, Neoport may be unable to process your order.
